2026 Membership Application

Fall enrollment for new and returning members will open in October 2026.

• Membership Fee: $165

• Membership Term: Valid through December 31, 2027

• Requirement: Your membership is not complete until you submit your application and pay dues.

If your application is not accepted, your dues will be fully refunded.

Complete the application using your preferred email address. This will be used to grant you access to Team App, where all team communications take place. (The team may also contact you by email occasionally.)
